Hernandez (both of the Peace Posse), members of NuShank Theatre,
Rita Vidaurri, and Liliana Valenzuela.

Writers: Gloria Amescua,Lydia Armendáriz, Francisco Portillo,
ire'ne lara silva, Anjela Villarreal Ratliff, and Steve Vera.
Other festival co-featured poets were Enrique Cabrera, Jesse G.
Herrera, and Joe Jimenez.
The festival also hosted a symposium, "New Directions in Chicano/a
Poetry" chaired by Dr. Ben V. Olguin. The panel consisted of

We had a great time at Casa de Luz!
Hopefully, we will have another reading
with more poets from Mexico in next year's AIPF!
