Resistencia Bookstore has lots of Mexican-American, African-American, and Native-American books and magazines, and much more. It is located in south Austin in the heart of a colorful barrio. Every other Friday, Resistencia serves as the venue for "Cafe Libro," hosted by Nicole True. Come to their open mic to share palabras for the soul and the mind.
